To reserve your appointment you are REQUIRED to pay a deposit upon booking. This will go towards your service.

***REMEMBER, YOUR DOWN PAYMENT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT OR RESCHEDULED. ( ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS) 

A ONE TIME RESCHEDULE MAY BE APPLIED 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENTS. IF YOU WANT TO RESCHEDULE AGAIN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A NEW DEPOSIT.

In order to protect to our customers from any additional risk due to Covid-19, we have made the decision to enforce no returns or exchanges of our merchandise . 

We do not accept returns of any merchandise. 

This policy is consistent with all of our competitors. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
